Jordan is a co-founder of Prizm and has been a journeyman sheet metal worker since 2018, with most of his experience in residential and commercial construction.

 

Throughout his career, he has developed a strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship that homeowners and builders can rely on. He believes that doing the job right the first time is one of the most important parts of his work.

 

Seeing a project completed to a high standard and knowing he has provided lasting, dependable results is something he takes great pride in. He also enjoys working in residential construction because every project is unique. Meeting new people and helping bring their projects to life is one of the most rewarding aspects of what he does.

When he's not working, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young boys. He also enjoys golfing, playing music, and making the most of his time with family and friends.

Justin is a co-founder of Prizm and brings years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication, HVAC systems, and residential construction projects throughout Greater Victoria.

Originally from Jamaica, Justin moved to Canada at 19 and built his career through dedication, craftsmanship, and a passion for the skilled trades. 

​

At Prizm, Justin works closely with homeowners, builders, and contractors to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards. He combines technical knowledge with a strong commitment to customer service, helping clients make informed decisions that improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance in their homes.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys staying active, competing in sports, and exploring the outdoors.
